No. Alois is a complement, not a replacement. Your existing trade or field-service software remains the system of record. Alois reports events to your systems via signed webhooks or file exports and accepts master data through a secured interface. There are no ready-made connectors for individual trade software products. We set up the wiring, for example via n8n, during onboarding.
Is it GDPR-compliant and where does the data stay?
Alois runs on an EU stack with EU language models and is operated in the EU. Your customer and job data stays in the EU. On request we prepare operation on your own hardware inside your network.
